Pipestone's Civil War Days concludes today, with a battle between the North and the South.
Saturday's activities included seminars on such topics as phrenology, photography, medicine, food preservation and quilting. A battle was held at 3 p.m., and the day's activities was capped by "An Evening with the Lincolns" at the Pipestone Performing Arts Center and a ball on the courthouse lawn.
Sunday's activities include:
• A tour of the Confederate camp tour.
• President Abraham Lincoln's Emancipation Proclamation.
• A band concert
• A battle at 2 p.m.
