Want a fun place for your kids to go get sticky, icky, and totally into science? Well 4-H Day Camp is where it’s at.
The day camp locations that run from 8:30 – 11:30 a.m. are in Jasper (June 12) and Ruthton (June 13). The kids will be doing crafts and experiments that are all sorts of messy fun.
Another option for kids is to come learn more about nature and what it takes to live in the wilderness. Bring them to the Survival Skills 4-H Day Camp on June 25 from 1 to 4 p.m. in Pipestone. This camp will demonstrate activities that will help your child with their survival skills. Please join us at Southwest Park in Pipestone and let your child dig into nature.
All four camps are free to attend for kids who’ve completed kindergarten through 4th grade. Snacks will be provided during the camp session. To sign up, stop by the Extension office at the Pipestone Municipal Building, 119 Second Ave. SW, Suite #2 and grab a form or register online.
