Profile
On Wednesday, Sept. 29 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., the Edgerton Chamber of Commerce is hosting a Harvest Festival on Main Street from Maple Street to Center Street.
This event is meant to fill some of the vacancy left by the Rock River Pumpkin Festival, which was not held last year and will not be held this year. It might return next year.
The Southwest MN Christian Trap Team will be hosting a food booth with hot dogs, chili dogs, BBQ’s, chips, and beverages.
Boverhof Produce will be selling various sizes, textures and colors of pumpkins, as well as other produce.
There will be carnival games, hayrides, pumpkin carving contest, pet costume contest, small petting zoo, face painting, cartoonist drawing caricatures, and make and take crafts. Prizes will be awarded to the best carved pumpkin and best dressed pet.
Families are encouraged to come and enjoy a fall evening with food and fun.
A free will donation will help offset the costs of this festival.
