The American Cancer Society Relay For Life drive through event in Pipestone will be held Thursday, July 30 from 5-7 p.m. at the city parking lot located at 2nd Street NW and 2nd Avenue NW behind the Quarry Lounge.
People are asked to enter on 2nd Street and exit on 2nd Avenue. A meal of walking tacos, cookie and a drink will be available to purchase.
All survivors are invited to wear their purple shirt and decorate their car and then take a drive down main street to be honored. Help will be provided if needed.
Luminaria sheets, instead of bags, are available to purchase and decorate and then hang in business windows by calling First Bank & Trust or calling Vicki at 825-2529.
A raffle will be held to win a grill donated by Tinklenberg Lumber in Edgerton. All proceeds go to Relay For Life.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions this event is designed to safely recognize those who are battling cancer now, those who we have lost, and all survivors.
