Graduation time – the time of year when our community gathers to cheer on the high school graduates. As we take time this spring to acknowledge and celebrate the Pipestone Area Schools class of 2025, we look back to thank the graduates for their incredible high school years and moments they have given us in the classroom, on the court, on the field, and other places where they displayed greatness. We also take time to look forward to a future that is filled with hopes, goals, big dreams, and the promise of tomorrow.
The students in the class of 2025 have left their mark. From their involvement in their academics, the arts, activities, and athletics, these graduates have demonstrated what hard work looks like. We know a lot goes into helping students arrive at graduation. Late nights of homework, travel to games and school activities, school lunches, field trips, band lessons, and a host of other developmental events in our community shape our young people. Our entire community pitches in, and it shows with the culmination of graduation.
In anticipation of the graduation ceremony on Sunday, May 25, at 2 p.m., I want to give a heart-felt thank-you to all of the adults in the Pipestone Area School community who have made a positive impact on the graduates. Teachers and coaches, you have inspired the graduates in ways they will carry forever. Community members, your support and generosity with scholarships mean the world. Parents and guardians, your love and tireless efforts to the success of your children are the foundation for their success. It has been said it takes a village to raise a child, and in the Pipestone Area, we prove that every year. Thank you to everyone in our community for sparking their love of learning, commitment to service, their drive for success and the ambition to chase big goals!
As we say goodbye to the Class of 2025, we’re thrilled about their accomplishments and excited for their hopes, goals, and dreams. They’ve made us proud, and now they are set to do amazing things—here in our Pipestone area and beyond. Congrats, Arrows! Keep shining your light for all to see. And remember, stay proud Arrows!
