Pipestone Country Club will serve as the site of a two-person glow-ball tournament beginning at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, June 7.
This is an 18-hole tournament (nine holes after dark). The first nine holes will be contested as a scramble.
The cost is $80 per team, which includes a meal but not a cart.

Lake Benton fishing tournament
LAKE BENTON — The 7th Annual Lake Benton Sportsman’s Club Walleye Tournament is set for Saturday, June 7.
Check-in is set for 5 a.m. at Norwegian Creek Park, with boats launching at 7 a.m. All boats will be inspected before the tournament, and cheating will result in immediate disqualification.

Two people will form teams, and this is a total weight formatted tournament.
Anglers age 17 and older are eligible to participate. Youth under 17 years old are allowed to compete as the teammate of an of-age parent, guardian or relative.
Contestants must adhere to Minnesota and United States Coast Guard boating and fishing regulations.
The fee is $80 per team, and there also is a big fish pot (both walleye and northerns) for an additional $20 each.

Prizes will be based on most weight in pounds and ounces. Only walleyes measuring 15 inches or longer will be counted, and only two may be 20 inches or longer. The judging limit is six walleyes.
Bolt’s will be open at 5 a.m. that day for anglers to purchase bait, in the form of worms, leaches, fatheads and crappie minnows.
