LUVERNE — The Ice Crystal Classic is set for Friday-Sunday, Jan. 16-18, at Blue Mound Ice Arena.
The event will feature contestants from the Blue Mound Figure Skaters organization, performers from both Rock County and Pipestone County.
Admission is free of charge.

On Friday, Jan. 16, team events will take place from 6:30-9 p.m. Individual events are scheduled from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 17 and 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 18.
Trophies will be presented to the top-3 teams.
Competition is open to all levels of achievement, tots through adults.
Select categories include solo compulsory, footwork, interpretive, jump and spin, spotlight, couples spotlight, family spotlight, rhythmic skating, freestyle, artistic, ensemble, production number and synchronized skating.
