On the men’s side, there will be a championship flight, two senior contests (men 60 years of age and older), legends level (70-and-over), executive flight and handicap match play.
There are two women’s contests (championship and handicap).
Wade Newgard, a member of the tournament committee along with Nate Pottratz, McCaden Biever, Michelle Niehus and Shane Biever, said golferss sign up for the division he or she wishes to play.

Pipestone Country Club men’s open winners in 2024 were Wade Newgard (first), McCaden Biever (second) and Mitchell Biever (third).
“It gets members out there for two days,” Newgard said. “It’s for bragging rights.”
It’s expected both tournament days will begin with 9 a.m. tee times for the first grouping.
Food will be available for purchase both days, including grab-and-go lunches.
Newgard reported, leading up to the club championships, there will be a couples golf event, two-person horse race (essentially a knockout tournament) and Calcutta on Friday evening.
These events are open to public, he said.
