MARSHALL – The Southwest Minnesota State University athletic communications office has announced eight individuals and one team have been selected for the Hall of Honor.
The Hall of Honor ceremony is set for Saturday, Jan. 24, 2026.
This is the highest athletic distinction awarded by the university.

The class features former Iowa scholastic standout volleyball player Sara Graf (now Jones), swimmer Denny Dayhuff, football player Paul Litwicki, baseball player Ryan Morse, softball player Amanda Tucci, former SMSU men’s basketball coach Tim Miles, community members Dave and Diane Taylor and the entire 1972-73 men’s swimming and diving team.

The banquet, set for the SMSU Upper Level Conference Center, will begin at 10:30 a.m. Jan. 24 with a social hour. Lunch and induction ceremonies begin at 11 a.m.
The athletic department has announced ticket information will be released in late December.
An 11-member committee chose the inductees from a group of nominations.
The new inductees will bring membership in the Hall of Honor to 129 individuals/couples and 17 complete teams.
