Luann Drew purchased the Lange’s Cafe property in Pipestone from Tony Arends in April.
Drew, who owns Luann’s Gas & More, said she has a plan for the property, but needs to get a professional opinion about what is possible. Her intention, at this point, is to be able to expand the kitchen and floor plan and make updates at the Luann’s Gas & More property. While the plans are still a work in progress, Drew said the Lange’s Cafe property will not be a restaurant.
Arends bought the Lange’s Cafe property from Steve and Peg Lange in 2019 and the restaurant has been closed for a few years. Drew bought what is now Luann’s Gas and More from Joe Schelhaas in 2016.
