Brockberg husband and wife; Poplar Creek Energy, LLC; XYZ Corporation; ABC Partnership; Joe Doe and Mary Rowe, whose true names and addresses are unknown to Plaintiff, Defendants.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that under and by virtue of the Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Order for Judgment dated and entered April 5, 2023, and the Judgment thereon dated and entered April 12, 2023, in the above-cited action, a certified copy of which has been delivered to me directing the sale of the premises hereinafter described to satisfy the amount found and adjudged due to said Plaintiff in the above-cited action from said Defendants, the Sheriff of Pipestone County will sell at public auction to the highest bidder for cash, the premises described in said Judgment to pay the debt secured by the following described mortgage:

Thereafter assigned to Jo’s Family Farms, LLC by written assignment dated April 7, 2023, recorded on April 10, 2023, as Document Number 232346 in the same recording office in which the Mortgage was recorded.

PURSUANT the said judgment, the above-described property will be sold by sheriff of said county as follows:

PLACE OF SALE: Pipestone County Sheriff’s Office, 416 S Hiawatha Ave, Pipestone, Minnesota 56164 to pay the debt by said mortgage and taxes, if any, on said premises and the costs and disbursements, including attorneys’ fees allowed by law, subject to redemption within twelve months from the date of said sale by the mortgagor(s), their personal representatives or assigns.
